I recently upgraded to the Messenger Plus, from an inReach Mini. One of the main reasons was the ability to send and receive much longer (1600 character) text messages. My family and friends enjoy the convenience of sending me messages via my MapShare page. However, it appears that the MapShare interface still enforces a 160 character limit. Has anyone found a way around this? Transitioning my friends and family to the Messenger app is not a great solution for older users who are more comfortable with a browser and keyboard interface.
