Status: inReach Messages to AT&T Currently Not Being Delivered

We are aware that text messages are not currently being delivered to AT&T customers. We are happy to say SOS functionality, emails, and messaging to all other phone service providers are NOT affected by this issue. We are working with AT&T on a resolution but do not have an expected resolution time yet.

Customers affected by this issue are encouraged to add an email for any contacts with an AT&T number, ensuring your outgoing messages will still be delivered to those contacts. Additionally, consider subscribing to inReach System Status for status updates, and try again once status is normal.
