Something I noticed... I formatted and installed a Sandisk Ultra 256GB Class 10 U1 card, and my H1i plus recognizes it. I was able to transfer maps to the SD with Base Camp and Garmin Express. I noticed in the Map Manager when I turned on the H1i the SDcard did not appear, so I popped the card out and back in while the device is on, and reappeared.

The H1 is very picky about SD cards. Some don’t work at all, others are not recognized after powering on but only after re-inserting, and others work without issues.
