Map screen laggy

Sometimes the map screen is very laggy when I pan or zoom the map and sometimes it&rsquo;s very quick and works wonderfully. It doesn&rsquo;t matter which map I use or if the detail is low or high and fast or normal speed. I&rsquo;ve rebooted that doesn&rsquo;t seem to do a quick fix to clear memory, I don&rsquo;t have anything running either. Is this normal behavior due to the state lite strength? I have plenty of free storage room on the device and I even installed 256gb sd card. Running latest software. Does any have any thoughts?

Hi 3081328 is there anything on the sd card and does the map screen behave poorly ever when the sd card is removed? When you attempted a reboot, was this a soft reset or a hard reset of the device?

Press MENU twice, then select to access the apps list.

Select Settings .

Select System .

Select Reset .

Select Delete All .

Select Reset .

The device is now reset. You will want to take the device outside in a clear view of the sky for a minimum of 20 minutes to refresh satellite data.
