Not Pocket Friendly

I ran into the identical issue -- immensely frustrating for sure.  I solved it by assigning the Action Button to "Lock Device". When the device is locked, the power button is the only way to wake the device.  Solved my issue.

I've just tested this, and though it does technically do what's wanted, there's no way to turn off the screen, I'd have to lower the screen timeout and let it turn off on it's own.

I tried setting the double tap action to screen on/off but once it's locked it doesn't work, and once you lock the device and press the power button it just unlocks it even with the screen on

This works great for me, but I could see this being a huge pain for someone with smaller hands. I plan on going out again this week so I'll see how it goes.

Thank YOU for inspiring me to dig into this and come up with an approach that saves me some battery life.  I'll be testing this in the field next week.
