Wi-Fi Sync not working

H1iPlus,  Software 7.07

Settings > Connectivity > Wifi: Wifi is on, My wi-fi is  shown in "My Networks"

Problem: Wifi-Sync shows  "No configured Wi-Fi networks."  

I can download Topo Pro layers. So my Wi-Fi  must be recognized. But maybe Wi-Fi is not working properly and caused my other problem which I had with  boot-loops till I removed the Topo Pro stufff.

    How did you configure the WiFi network? As in on the device itself or via Garmin Express or Connect app?

    I tried different ways. Due several times resetting I don't remember the last procedure. If the procedure matters, which one do you recommend?

    I'd try configuring via Garmin Express. Although I think both ways should work though.

    Or you could try disabling WiFi (via Control Center on the H1i Plus) and then re-enabling WiFi to see if that works.

    In my experience with the eTrex Touch (same architecture of the H1), Wi-Fi seemed to have a mind of it's own and would frequently just drop with no ability to connect to check for map updates. Power-cycling the Touch would cause it to start working again flawlessly until  Wi-Fi dropped from the device again..Nothing in my network is/was amiss. I would quite frequently get the "No configured Wi-Fi networks" message when checking for map updates or downloading different regions. For this reason, I never installed different map regions using the Touch itself and always used Garmin Express. Like I mentioned earlier, the Wi-Fi aspect of my device seemed to be bug-ridden. Note that this was seen on multiple different eTrex Touch devices and not just one...I had to exchange three of then due to faulty (impossible to trigger normally) power buttons.
