just want to report another spontaneous restart:
reboot when:
open the "IR Serviceplan" app, select the hamburger menu in the upper right corner, close it with "X"
open the "IR Serviceplan" app, go back with QUIT, open the "IR Serviceplan" app again
open the "IR Serviceplan" app, swipe to see open apps, close/end the "IR Serviceplan" app
issue has been reportet to Garmin, support says, they are aware of the spontaneous restarts and are working on it.
