the garmin connect try to send in the h1 this file but after 10 seconds is stop....

anyone knows what is this file??

and one more thing: The Garmin express is not see my Device,anybody with the same problem??

In the Garmin nuvi world, TTS stood for text-to-speech. These are the directional phrases ("turn left on Main Street") that one hears when navigating a route on the nuvi (at least) automotive devices.…

Wrong cable? You need data not charging only cable6

I had the same issue, you need to contact garmin support when garmin express don’t recongnize your GPSMAP H1. for the issue with the GPSMAP H1 TTS Phrase file there is an incident ticket open at garmin support.
