Text size on maps not working

Hi,

no matter what I try I just can't get text size settings for maps to properly, it only work for waypoints, for everything else it remains extra small even when you set it to large.

Unfortunately there is no way to take screenshot to show how it looks like.

The road number labels (D76 text etc, not the icons) look to comply to the Street Label setting as far as I can tell from your screenshots?

The place names are small but on the other hand there’s no setting…

Ok, here you can see, the waypoint is set to large, the street name as well but there is a huge difference once you switch back to map.

When I adjust the Text Size for Street Labels, the street labels are displayed according to the selected size. I assume you're using the TopoActive maps?

What firmware version are you on? Also verify that the Settings > System > About screen shows the same version number for Software Version and Host Software Version. I've seen a report that for someone the update didn't fully install resulting in Software Version showing a newer version than Host Software Version.

It is the same with OSM & TopoActive, soft is latest 4.08...

And Settings > System > About shows 4.08 for both Software Version displayed on the first line and for Host Software Version?

And I do not know what Garmin considers Map Points so I can’t tell if that’s working correctly or not.

It would be nice if Garmin could add some more options to influence how labels are shown though.

BTW: Do you know is it possible to increase the thickness of the line in addition to the color? Talking about tracks, of course.
