Can someone tell me the difference between transflective color TFT on the 67i and transflective, 65K color TFT on the 65? Thanks!

As far as I know, the only difference between the two is the size and the resolution of the screen (2.6" for 65 and 3.0" for 67, and 160x240 pixels for 65 and 240x400 pixels for 67). Other than that the screen technology is the same.

The second 'name' has a reference to 65K color, FYI that's also know as 16 bit color. Garmin must have felt it necessary to mention that with the 65.

65K color is mediocre.
