I purchased a new 67i and opted for the premium Inreach subscription mainly due to the 2 minute tracking available with this plan.
I have my phone connected to the Explore, Connect and Messages app and Explore/Messages shows a working premium account for Inreach.
The problem I have is that on my device the inreach account is described as ‘Unknown Plan’ and shows I am -4 on my allowance for text messages and my device does not have an option for 2 minute tracking that the plan offers.
I have tried everything I can think of to rectify this, have checked the accounts linked with the device and apps… everything is as it should be… can anyone help me as I’m having no luck getting a response from support at this time.
