    The release notes only mention a fix for a potential device crash when previewing a route on the map. See GPSMAP 67/67i Software version v8.90.

    Concerning my GPSMAP67  i find 3 improvements.

    Small élévations given by GPS  are more accurate and stable. (below 100 meters)

    Outdoors map is improved and better pictures.

    The arrow concerning vertical speed is here.

    Shaded Relief is now optional.

    Yes, those changes were introduced in earlier updates.

    The issue with elevations and ascent being incorrect was fixed in 8.80 (or maybe already in 8.50 but not mentioned in the release notes).

    8.80 also introduced a new map theme for Topo Active maps, but this was not mentioned in the release notes.

    And as far as I know shaded relief has always been optional (controlled via Setup > Map > Advanced Setup > Shaded Relief), but to be honest I've always had it on Auto and never noticed any issues with relief shading.

    And unfortunately a new bug was introduced, the device doesn't remember what map layers were active after a reboot.
