Is it possible to get a storm alarm on the 67i using Barometer like on watches?

On my Garmin watch, I can set a storm alarm where it alerts when a barometer reading (from the ABC features) drops a certain amount in a certain time.

I believe the Gpsmap 67i has similar hardware which allows for barometer readings and graphing (on the altimeter page) but doesn't seem to have a feature for setting an alarm.

Is there a way to do this either in the device itself or by adding a connect IQ tool of some description? Thanks in advance.

No, unless some widget can make it work. I’ve asked a few times over the years for an altimeter/barometer alarm, but every new model has the same features as the last one. It seems they refuse to listen to features customers may want. I had a Casio watch once that was cheap, with a good altimeter and an alarm.

Thanks for confirming. Seems such a simple feature request since it’s already one on their other devices.

Yes, requests in, nothing out, exactly. I talk to my cat about features I’d like to see now, it’s just as effective. Black hole or twilight zone is where your Garmin requests go.
