I plugged my 67i into Windows PC and Garmin Express said there was a software update. I let it. Now the backlight doesn't illuminate ever. I tried cycling the power. I tried setting it to "always on". No dice. Do I need to make a warranty claim? Could there be a software fix? Should I try taking it back to REI? I bought it this tear.
