Ride with GPS to Garmin 67i process?

What's the best workflow to use - I've created a route using Ride with GPs and I want to import it to a 67i - I know I have to use Garmin explore as the interface but am confused as to what "format" I export in and what boxes to tick. Can someone walk me through the procedure ? Thanks heaps David

You do not actually need to use Explore app to get a route from RideWithGPS to your GPSMAP. You can use Garmin Connect to wirelessly sync routes from RWGPS as Courses to your device.

To do so, pair your GPSMAP with the Garmin Connect app and link your Garmin Connect account to your RWGPS account and follow the instructions in support.garmin.com/.../
