I have a new gpsmap 67I. It randomly shuts down when I'm typing an address in and reboots. I purchased city navigator and when i do enter an address it says route calculation error.

    Are you on the most recent software device version (8.50 as of this moment)?

    Also what map layers do you have active? Does the crash happen when you only have the CityNavigator layer active? And does the route calculation error happen with only the CityNavigator layer active?

    If you can consistently reproduce the crash, then I'd suggest contacting Garmin support.
