how do I select a map?

I'm trying to select a map and it seems to be failing. I do

Map Manager -> TopoActiveMaps -> TopoActive North America -> enter

Then I do

menu -> menu -> map

But it's not out of TopoActive North America.

It seems to be out of Outdoor Maps + from one that I've saved.

What am I doing wrong?

You may want to also take a look at the section titled "Enabling or Disabling Specific Outdoor Maps+ Content" at Getting Started With Outdoor Maps Plus on the GPSMAP 67 Series.

Make sure you select the right Map Layers. This can be done by pressing Menu on the Map page, and then Map Layers. Here you can toggle individual layers, make sure only TopoActive is enabled if you want to view TopoActive maps.

It might also be useful to note that in current firmware you can ONLY access Map Layers the way JungleJim described. I don't think it can be accessed from map menu in settings. If it makes sense to someone why Map Layers would be separate from other map management settings, please enlighten me.
