I exported a hiking trail (GPX file) from AllTrails into Garmin Connect. How come when I put it on my Garmin GPSMap 67i I am unable to reverse the course?

Any plans to enable that?
This important feature has existed for decades on Garmin products like the Etrex series. Can this be enabled asap?
Courses created using "road" data cannot be reversed to prevent users from being routed the wrong way down a one-way road. Courses that do not use road data can be reversed.
Tracks, however,…
Hello, the reverse course option is only available for courses that are created on the device itself. It will not reverse a course that is loaded to the device.

Actually 2 days ago, I had planned my route the wrong direction.
I had to fix it using Komoot, but it was very complicated.

Tracks, however, can be reversed so if needed, you can use the workaround steps below to copy a course as a track which can be navigated in reverse.
The reversed track will appear as a separate item in Saved Tracks and can be navigated.
How come one can reverse a course using the same course loaded on another Garmin device but not the GPSMaps 67i?
Bumping this old thread because while on a deep wilderness hike, I just discovered that you can't reverse a course on the 67i. Yes, you can do what Garmin-Leslie suggested (save course as track and copy/reverse that), but then the Active Route page no longer gives you the distances to the subsequent course points, which I find is essential when navigating a path. So... why is this obvious "Reverse Course" option missing on the 67i and will it be added back?
