SOS?

Is there a way to test the SOS button, and not trigger an all out rescue?

I used to work on telecom networks and we had to to call 911 on every circuit to be sure the customer had 911 access. We would just state we were technicians making test calls and there was no emergency...

Is there anything like that available?

International Emergency Response Coordination Center. You can find at least a couple of online videos about it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hJTFwhYs2bA You don’t need to register your Garmin 67i with the IERCC, but you do need to have an active Garmin inreach plan for it to work. You can have more than one device on your plan, but only one activated at any given time per account. That’s a personal account.
