Mine works fine, what software version do you have? It should be 7.60  Are you doing it correctly? As it says above once you select a contact, press the menu key to view the delete box, you can’t cursor to it.  If that doesn’t work try going to the  Garmin explore website and try to delete it there, I’ve done it many times before, or in the Garmin explore app.

When you select a contact, are you highlighting the contact and pressing enter to select that contact and then press menu >delete? 

Thank you GL. I highlight the contact and press Enter. I reach the contacts details. I press Menu, the nest screen displays, "No Options" 'Menu' for main menu. I never see the word delete.

Hold it. With one contact it worked. With others, not so much. At least I've been able to delete a contact. I'll research what the difference is among them.

I have the same problem. I have 2 contacts that I cannot delete. I thought maybe it was because they were previously emergency contacts. But they have been changed. 

When I select a contact and hit enter, the text above the contact will either say "View contact" or "Edit Contact". And that seems to be the only difference I can see. 

I tried this. No luck.
