Outdoor+ map subscription

I just purchased a new subscription to Outdoor+ maps. The Garmin website acknowledges the subscription, but when I select Check Subscription on my GPSMAP67i, it says that no active subscription is found. I'm connected via wifi and bluetooth. I have also been connected to Garmin Express. I do not remember ever registering my device with my email address, but I read that Garmin Express takes care of this. Anyway, I want to be able to download the map I just paid for.

Hello, I would recommend deleteing the wifi network on your device and then going into Garmin Express on your computer with the device connected and following the steps to connect to wifi on the device…

Hello, I would recommend deleteing the wifi network on your device and then going into Garmin Express on your computer with the device connected and following the steps to connect to wifi on the device through Garmin Express. Then once that is connected go through the steps in this article Getting Started With Outdoor Maps Plus on the GPSMAP 67 Series.

For Wi-Fi in Garmin Express:

Launch Garmin Express.
Select your device.
Select Tools & Content.
Select Utilities.
Select Add a Network.
Select the desired network.
Input password.
Select Save.

I renewed the purchase of my annual Outdoor Maps+ subscription, but my GPSMap67i says that I do not own Maps+ and has deleted that from my device. I only discovered this in Colorado wilderness. I have synced and updated my device several times before and after using a cable.

I am sorry to hear that. I would go through the steps listed in the following article Getting Started With Outdoor Maps Plus on the GPSMAP 67 Series. You may need to connect back to Garmin express and connect to wifi through it again as mentioned above.
