From Basecamp, yes. Mapsource I am not sure. That’s using my old laptop with windows 7. I recently used Basecamp to load maps onto a micro sd card for my 67i using the card adapter. I think I tried internal memory first but then decided to use the sd card instead. It will work for a single mapset. But if you want multiple map sets and want to be able to turn each set on or off you have to do two or more Basecamp down loads and a little file manipulating and renaming to the gmapsupp.img files that are inside the Garmin folders then combine them in a completed single Garmin folder, otherwise I believe they will display as one mapset name and only show one mapset. For two mapsets or more download from Basecamp the first mapset to an sd card then put the complete Garmin folder in it on your desktop, then download from Basecamp the second mapset to the same sd card. Basecamp should overwrite the first set. Then in the Garmin folder of each mapset rename the gmapsupp.img file. In the first folder rename it to gmapsuppA.img, (or any other name.img ) then rename the second gmapsupp.img file in the other Garmin folder to gmapsuppB.img, (or any other name.img different than the previous one) Now move only the B file into the Garmin folder containing the A file or vise versa and install that complete Garmin folder into your 67i. or sd card you want to install in your unit. So now you will have a single Garmin folder with both a gmapsuppA.img and a gmapsuppB.img file in it (your two mapsets), and I think a couple of other files that you didn’t mess with. The order of the file renaming doesn’t matter, they just can’t be the same. Then just repeat the process for 3 or more different mapsets,, having C,D, etc. Hope this makes sense. Unless someone has a simpler way, that’s how I do it. Also to get some mapsets to show when enabled you may have to disable the base map that was pre installed at the factory.
