GPSMap 67 how to find out available memory in the unit and on SD Card?

How to find out available memory in the unit and on the SD Card? Any option will work, but I would prefer finding this information from the GPS itself. I don't want to run out of memory when I am recording a log file.

Afaik there’s now way to view available storage on the device itself. When connected to a PC you can follow the instruction in this Garmin support article: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=pw2zd9nKpZ4q0RbeGj71Q8

How long an activity are you planning to record? The activity files store the data quite efficiently so unless you place a lot of additional maps on the internal storage you should be ok.
