Komoot not working on 67i?

Dear all

anybody else having trouble with Komoot?

Here's what's going on

1) Komoot App installed through Garmin Express, and available on the 67i

2) Successfully linked my (premium) Komoot account to the App

3) While connected to the web - through Wifi or Garmin Explore App on my iPhone (please note here : Connection to Garmin Connect App on iPhone or Garmin IQ on iPhone cannot be set up. Anybody else having theses issues too?) - I can see end preview routes planned on Komoot (Stats, mini map etc)

4) Hiting the download for offline usage button will produce an error message saying I am offline and the activity cannot be downloaded.

Komoot support already contacted. They do not have an solution / explanation

PS: on Edge 830 and Fenix 7 the Komoot app works very well for me.

Hello steve.schiltz Unfortunately as Komoot is not a Garmin application we do not have support for it. I know you had mentioned contacting the app provider but I would recommend going to their support…

Thanks Jan, removing the Connect IQ iOS app from my phone seems to solve my issues with Wikiloc and Komoot (and other Connect IQ apps requiring internet access)!

may I ask you to take a look in the new findings and comment on it?

Me and other users have narrowed down the issue to a problem with the Connect IQ iOS app.

To me it is strange…

To me it is strange that we have to remove Garmin’s app store application from the connected phone just to get internet access working for 3rd party apps.

Garmin-Chris can you please take a look at this? The issue of Connect IQ apps not being able to connect with the internet when the Connect IQ iOS app has been installed on a paired phone has been reproduced by several people.

Garmin-Chris or Garmin-Leslie friendly reminder for the request to take a look at this. I have sent several emails to Garmin Support the last two weeks but haven't had any reply yet, so maybe you can take a look at it?
