How to transfer Topo Pro maps bought for my 66i to my 67i

Hi, just bought the 67i to replace my 66i.

On my 66i, i bought 2 "expensive" garmin maps (Topo Pro France V5 and Topo Pro Swiss V2) and they were stored on my micro SD card.

When i bought my new 67i, i wanted to plug the micro sd with both maps ... and fail ... it does not work. it is said by the 67i "card locked"

Any idea? i wrote to garmin support and no answer.

To be honest, if it is not possible to transfer a map that you bought, from a "old" device to an "upgraded device", when same maps are compatible .... why upgrading ? you have re bought all your maps ? crazy lol .

that will be probably my last GPSMAP :(

The maps are only unlocked for the device you have purchased them and will not work for other devices, if you bought them as a download version. You can only contact the support (would use mail or phone) to ask them, if they may unlock the maps for your new device (but this would be voluntarily by Garmin, there is no right to it).
