I am unable to send any messages both through the GPSMAP 66i and using the Explore App. On the 66i, when I click on the recipient, send a quick text message, and then try to hit "enter" on the "send a message" keyboard button, nothing happens. It appears frozen. I tried powering off and restarting the device and it still does not work. Prior to this situation happening, I did factory reset my device because it was having syncing issues where it would fail syncing each time. After factory resetting it is now properly synced and activated and is connected by both bluetooth and wifi.
With the explore app, when I send a message to any recipient, the message is on a loading feedback loop with the arrow spinning clockwise for hours.
