My GPSMAP 66SR will not turn on fully, and not connect to the computer. I have tried multiple cords. I was told it could need a software update but I cannot get it to connect to the computer like I had before. I had got it to turn on once when I traveled to Europe with it. It loaded the map at one point, however it froze with every zoom function I pressed, and eventually quit. It does leave a message saying contact map seller. I had it working a few months ago perfectly fine with no problems at all. What should I do?
