garmin 66st does not connect to windows 10

Hmmm...

It was working FINE two-three years ago. I plugged it now and NADA... Only power. I did switch from "Serial" to "MTP" but no cigar... Still stuck.

Any recommendations? The USB cable works with other USB devices.
