and now also here starts the joke with messages received are from : 204 unknown

I thought this was all fixed long time ago? Now it is back introduced apparently.

In fact, the message is received from 204 unknown, but there is 'wheel' spinning for ever apparently attempting to retrieve some more information which it never gets.

The message was sent from the administrator of the explore website

  • yes, I know the trick with full reset since long time. I was one day connected to one of the devs directly which resultet in the advise to make full reset and restore all again.

    But I estimate this was some 2 years ago and one could think that such issues will be fixed in this time. Unfortunately support was not able to tell me if this will be corrected or if I have to live with it.

    It is bug, probably somewhere in the back end rather then the device itself.

    It is simply not possible that when an admin of explore portal sends out a message to a device, this message arrives as from unknown.

    Or the user has to reset his device every day just to be prepared for someone like the admin might incidently send him some message.

    Absolute no go.
