When I turned on my 66i yesterday, the map display showed the location triangle and a grid of latitude/longitude lines - no map. I went to Configure Maps expecting to see Enable and Disable buttons, but I got a a blank blue screen. I tried resetting and reactivating the device - no change.
From 2021 until February the device worked normally, but now I see no map, although when it starts up it goes through the loading maps process and then mentions Topoactive.
Any suggestions for how to get the map displaying again?
