Me too: how do you show tracks on the map 66i

Today I had to use the explore app again after some time.

Did record activity and also saved it as track.

Now if I remember earlier, I was able to display either activity or track after sync with the 66i (what ever version of the app this was)

Now I am simply not able to display anything on the map, neither activity nor track nor waypoints, simply nothing.

Selecting an activity or track starts navigation on the 66i. Then the track is displayed. Stopping navigation on the 66i removes track or activity from the map.

So why has the explore app a map at all?

BTW: on the website explore portal, all works as usual.

Have there been some updates disabling any graphics on the map?

    Are you synching using a Primary Collection?  Make sure your track belongs to the collection which is the Primary Collection.

    I hiked a new 9 mile trail this past weekend, saved the activity as a track with new waypoints, and synched with app and website.

    The track shows up on app map.

    there is one collection and this is defoult

    the problem is not that the tracks and activities are not sync to the phone, but there is no way to display anything on the map.

    when I select ( from within the collection) one of the items, the navigation opens with 'Go'

    this strats navigation in the opposite direction on the 66i

    I am sure I could earlier view the activites as well as tracks and waypoints on the explore app.

    On the explore website, all is OK and all is shown as expected.

    If I select one of the items from within a collection, I also get the navigation which opens with "Go". The track shows in a small map above the "Go".

    When I go to main Map page on app, and look for the track on the main Map page, it is there, along with waypoints. My app seems to be working as expected.

    You may want to delete the app and re-install.

    no idea what is wrong, have 3 66i and 3 phones and 3 apps, none of them shows anything at all on the map, the main map the most left tab.

    how do you select what should be shown on the map really?

    When I select an item from the list, then the small map and the 'Go' is shown. But when I then select main map, the map appears and does not show any data.

    When you are on app main Map page, and tap the overlay symbol on upper left of page, you should get Map Settings.

    You may want to ensure all Collections are enabled, and "Tracks on Map" says, "Show All".

    well all that is set.

    Now I did reinstall the app, paired again.

    No chance. Either there is nothing displayed on the map, or when the particular track or wayponit is moved to the defoult collection, then it will not exist on the website and on the 66i itself. There seem to be no way to have 66i , app and website showing same data.

    That is very strange. I am out of ideas. I am not experiencing those problems.
