Hello, you should be able to do it using the steps provided in the link from all trails as mentioned previously, however, its a third party app and website providing these instructions so please know if…
Use the AllTrails Connect IQ app
Resurrecting an old post because I cannot find and AllTrails Connect IQ App. Where is it?
Found a way to do it through the AllTrails website. They say it is coming to their app soon as well.

I download the file to my computer and then import into the Explore website. Synch the Explore website with the device by using the Explore app.
You should be able to drop the alltrails .gpx right into the file system on the device. This will get you a fully detailed track.
Importing the .gpx via the explore.garmin.com web site gives you the choice of importing as a track or a route. The route will be "thinned" to 200 points (nobody knows why - don't get me started). The route may be useless depending on the topology of the track.
SO, you are better off with a track. And it's easier to skip explore.garmin.com entirely if you want a track.
Use the AllTrails Connect IQ app to do this Wirelessly directly on the device!

I also am unable to find this in the store. It is possible that it is not labeled exactly this way.
