Garmin 276CX - iPhone says ”Device not Supported”

Hi team!

So quickly: Garmin 276CX won’t sync with iPhone anymore. iPhone says ”device not supported”. What I can understand it connects bluetooth OK, but the iPhone keeps on saying ”Device not supported”. Obviously the sync don’t work etc. The phone is up to date, Garmin is up to date and it use to work.

Could this be die to some iOS udpate?

Hello,

I have exactly the same issue.

This happened suddenly and nobody could respond to me even Garmin Support.

hello!

any luck getting this fixed? I also noticed that Finnish language suddently went missing from the device. so i guess there has been update and decided to drop finnish from the supported languages. dropping ios support is bad move. i need to call garmin as well.

Nothing has recently changed on the GPSMAP 276Cx, so this is likely an iPhone/iOS issue.

Called Garmin support and they said that this has been reported by others as well and the problem has been able to be re-produced at Garmin lab. Fix tickdet is open, resolution time unknown.

Wrong - Garmin support verified that it is their problem.
