Backlight not working

Today I turned on my new 66i and there is no backlight. Yesterday all was fine. The backlight timeout is set to 1 minute, battery save is off. The appearance is auto. Any suggestions?

Update: the backlight comes on when plugged into a computer via the usb port. The battery shows fully charged. When I disconnect from the computer, the backlight goes off.

final update: screen brightness was somehow set to 0%. On status page + button increases to desired brightness and all OK

I have the same problem, but the screen goes dark when it is plugged in. Did you find a solution? Thanks.
