TopoActive Maps

Two questions.

1. Can the TopoActive Maps that I purchased be loaded on to more than one of my GPS handhelds?

2. If, yes, can TopoActive maps be loaded on to the Garmin gpsmap 66st?

Maps purchased via download are locked to the device on which they are first used. Maps purchased on SD card can be used on multiple devices, but on only one device at a time (the one in which the card is inserted).
