how many ponits or msg sent?

on our delorme, we have indication counter whre we can see how many trackpoints and messages were sent today or in other days etc.

Can not find this on 66i.

Where can I find how many data have been used?

AFAIK, this information is no longer available on the newer Garmin devices. You can see it at explore.garmin.com, but that one is not necessarily entirely up to date.

You MIGHT try the inReach Utilities plan usage tab. (The tab with the bar chart icon.) There is an update button there. Pretty sure this checks for plan changes. But there is also an implication that it would update usage statistics. That said, I have never seen anything other than "No usage data". I have an unlimited plan, so that might be why they don't bother. Or not.
