I am new to 66i , but operating number of them on a professional account
I have installed 66i on our old Delorme enterprise account. In a group where users can see each other.
This of course did create contacts 'seen' as they were in same group.
Now the units were completely reseted, deactivated and removed from the Delorme enterprise account and transferred to our new professional account.
All smartphone apps were deinstalled.
Now on the new professional account, the units have also different name, different login, different inreach profile.
The apps on the phones were fresh installed, all connected and synced.
Surprise: old contacts from the previous setup are still here. They can not be used, they do not exit any more. They can not be deleted or edited on the 66i nor on the phone in explore app.
They do not exist on the webportal.
How to remove such contacts? Where do they hide?
