Garmin 62s screen show the white screen while i press the power button

My garmin 62s screen device geting error when i press the power button. The display is show the white screen and stuck on it. can anybody have a suggestion for me how to solve this issue?

To power the unit up, press and hold the power button. I am not sure what you are doing, but pressing power repeatedly during boot cannot possibly be a good idea.

If that does not solve the problem, try a full reset as described here:

Note that this removes all user data from the unit.

If that fails to restore proper function, I think a call to tech support is in order.

Mine will show write up after a second it turns off ?
