Cannot see TopoActive Map Active Americas Active 2020.20 Maps

My GPSMAP 66i just arrived. It appears all I can see is the Worldwide DEM Basemap. I get no contour lines. No topographic details. Just roads, lakes, etc. Both Basemap and TopoActive map for North America are enabled. Noe of the detail I expect for topographic map appear. Please help.

What is the map detail level set to?

It was set at Normal. I set it to Most.

I can not see your screen, but perhaps this sentence is a major clue:
