When you say "entered in Explore" do mean into the Explore mobile app or the explore.garmin.com web site?
When you say "sync", do you mean sync with the Explore mobile app or something else?
When you say you can't find the contacts, do you mean on the 66i?

I add contacts to the Explore Garmin Solfware on my PC. Then I synchronize my PC abd my 66i via USB cord.
But my contacts don't show up on GPS 66i. However, these same contacts appear on my mobile's Explore app.

I forgot a clarification, on my PC I synchronize 66i via Garmin Express and not Garmin Explore.
Not sure what you mean by "Explore Garmin Software on my PC". Must be the web site at explore.garmin.com. Syncing via USB cord must mean using the desktop sync program. It does not work (reliably) with the 66i.
In any case, the real problem is your use of Garmin Express to sync. I am not entirely sure what it is that Express tries to sync. It usually fails on my device. In any case, the reliable way to sync all things "explore" (contacts, messages of all flavors, logged track data, etc.) is via the Explore mobile app on your phone. Try that instead.
