I have a 66i, a Fenix 6X, an Android phone with Garmin Connect and Garmin Explore apps.
I have imported a GPX walking route from walkhighlands into Garmin Explore, and synced it with my 66i. On the 66i it comes up as a route, but I want it as a track. I’m aware I can convert a route to a track in Basecamp but I don’t have a PC. Just a phone and the Garmin devices.
How do I convert the route to a track without access to Basecamp?
I’ve also synced it to my Fenix 6X. On my Fenix 6X, the route is actually listed as a “course”. Why can’t Garmin be consistent - it’s soooo annoying. It seems like the Fenix 6x lets me “Do Course” and the gpx appears to be a track.
This whole experience is just really inconsistent, confusing and complex. Help!
