After a reset to hopefully improve ability to acquire and maintain satellite reception (sadly, still the worst I've ever had of 4 diffierent Garmin devices over 25 years) I had to re-activate the device but it again lost satellites several times during the activation process. Once it was finally activated, I re-connected with my network and was notified I needed to register the device with geocaching.com again before I could download geocaches. After 4 failed attempts to retrieve the activation code to complete this process, I am ready to pull my hair out! Any ideas what I can try next?
