No option to reverse direction of pre-loaded routes in Route Planner (66i)

I have some routes loaded onto my 66i that I want to reverse, the user guides say to go to "Route Planner", then select the route, the select "Reverse Route", but my device does not display any option for reversing. I can only select, view map, elevation plot, change name, or delete route. I need to be able to reverse directions of the various routes while I am on my trip, I dont want to have to set it up through Base Camp and be locked into directions. Anyone know why I don`t have this option?

Is your software up to date? I would check that first using Garmin Express. This article has steps: Updating the Firmware, Maps and Syncing Account Information to the GPSMAP 66i/86i/86sci and Montana 700i/750i

If you're still not seeing the option to "Reverse Route" with the software up to date, if the routes were initially created in BaseCamp, this may be what's going on: Can I Edit or Reverse a Route on a Device that was Sent From BaseCamp?

I believe there is a step missing in the instructions. After you select the route you then have to depress the 'Home' button. That's the one with 3 horizontal lines on it. That will bring up three options for the route. 1. View on Map, 2. Reverse Route, or 3. Delete.

I'm not sure what directions we're talking about, or which device you're looking at. The 66i has no "hamburger button" anywhere that I know of. In addition, (with current firmware) the Route Planner has a directly accessible option to reverse the route. Main Menu > Route Planner > select the route > Enter > select Reverse Route > Enter.

I have the same problem w/ my 64csx.

The route in question was downloaded from BaseCamp.
