4.10 Plan Usage Error

Based on experience with previous devices, there is sometimes a lag between what you see on the web site and what you see on the device. That MIGHT account for the tracking point count. Or not. However, the message counts are clearly in error. 

Best bet would be to open a tech support call. They can't fix it if they don't know about it.

I can't verify this myself because I have an extreme plan - which apparently never reports usage data to the device.

Confirmed, I have the same problem.  It isn't as simple as adding the two fields together though.  I have only used a single Preset message so far, correctly displayed on the Expore website.  On the 66i it says I've used 10 Text Messages and no Preset messages...

Garmin-Heath, are you able to replicate this?  It's Saturday here and support won't pick up my emails for 3-4 days.

Thank you for asking, I spent all last night trying to test this and couldn't reproduce it.  Thank all of you for reporting it, I'm going to try a suggestion that @twolpert sent me and see if that works.

CandiedGold_NZ & IceBear are you both experencing this issue on 4.20?

Thanks for looking into this. I have responded to your DM but just confirming here that I've updated the Firmware to 4.20 and can confirm that the problem persists.

My usage info also does not match between the device and the website. Is the device showing stats from a plan dates or maybe based on a per month?

4.20 has not fixed this, thanks for investigating.
