Cannot update Z82

Garmin Express reports 2 available course updates. When I attempt to update, the update fails with the message. "there was an error installing the update". I have attempted this on a MAC running Express 7.23.0.0, (MACOS Sonoma 14.6.1) AND on a Windows Laptop running Windows 11 - same result.

If the steps in the article above do not resolve the concern when attempting on both computers, I recommend contacting Garmin Support to speak with a golf specialist to see if manual removal of certain files in the Z82 device drive is needed to allow the updates to install properly to the device.
