Z82 has permanent blue LED and wont power up / down

Put my Z82 on charge this morning and the LED went straight to blue. Left it charging and it is still stuck on blue. Removed from charge cable...tried a different cable (and charger) but it is still just still solid blue. It wont power up at all so I cant even do any diagnostics.Plugged it in to my laptop and not even recognized. Is there any way to do a hard reset?

Hold the power button above the viewfinder for 20 seconds and the Z82 will soft reset > The device should then reboot and load properly with the LED indicator no longer showing stuck on that status.…

Perfect. Worked a dream. If only I could soft reset my scorecard so easy tomorrow
