Have a z82 just over 3 years old and the battery is bearly lasting one round of golf what are my options. Surely the battery should of lasted longer than this or is there a replacement battery available? Thanks

To resolve or further troubleshoot what could potentially be causing the battery concern you mentioned, try following the troubleshooting steps outlined on the Garmin Support article linked here: Troubleshooting Battery Charging Issues on an Approach Handheld or Laser Range Finder
Rechargeable batteries found in Garmin devices naturally lose capacity over time due to charge/discharge cycling. Under normal operating conditions, batteries should retain approximately 80% of their original capacity after a few years of frequent charge/discharge cycles. However, there are several factors that can accelerate the normal degradation of battery capacity, including but not limited to:
Exposure to extreme temperatures (refer to the Specifications section of your owner's manual for recommended operating and charging temperature ranges).
Leaving the battery completely charged or discharged for long periods of time (anything longer than two weeks).
Most Garmin devices using a rechargeable battery do not have user replaceable batteries. This is due to needing to retain the water resistant seal. This information regarding the expected battery life can be referenced through the Life Expectancy for the Rechargeable Battery in My Garmin Device Garmin Support article through the Z82 support site .
If you continue to have concerns, please contact Garmin Support to discuss the issue with a Golf Specialist to determine further solutions.
