incorrect individual hole indexes for a golf course

I assume the dots on the garmin scorecard are the holes that my handicap will get a shot. These are incorrect for my course. How can I edit these, so they are correct?

Contact Garmin at this address https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/golfcourses/ and include a scan of the scorecard for the course and Garmin will update the details; please note that this may take six months or more for the course to be updated.
