Golf rounds not updating to Garmin Connect but are showing in Garmin Golf

  1. I record a golf round on my Fenix 7 pro and save
  2. The round is showing in Garmin Golf app
  3. the round does not show in Activities in Garmin Connect and in turn does not export in to Strava
  4. As far as I can see all export permissions are enabled on the watch

    You've scrolled down to the Golf section of Garmin Connect right?  Golf info is recorded in a different section at the bottom of the screen on my Android phone.  It's also accessible from Other Activities for me.

    At the end of above thread, some users are reporting that unfortunately, updating to the lastest firmware (25.11) does not correct the bug.

    What is the problem:
    - The scorecard info is properly recorded (saved) in the watch so you can see your round information in the Garmin App
    - The Activity info is not recorded (saved) in the watch hence you don't see the golf activity in Garmin Connect (and no upload to Strava).

    My personal experience:
    - The first time it happened, a cold reboot fixed the issue.
    - The second time, I found that the Record Activity in Golf Setting was off (WHY?)
    I've been fine since and did not update to 25.11
