Two players using s70 and ct10 mess up registrations

Hi,

My wife and I both have the s70 and ct10. I notice that the registrations are messed up. I see the shots of my wife in my shot cards. No club registration. It's a complete mess on some holes.

Is this possible? And if so, how to prevent it?
